Just saw on Swiss TV that Pakistan declared the "state of emergency" (setting the constitution of the country out of power) because it feels threatened by another nation about 10 minutes ago. Must say that I felt a lot more comfortable with the Russian threat during the Cold War days. Nuclear weapons in the hand of these underdeveloped countries of the 3rd world with its radical leaders are dangerous toys. Only hope that this does not get out of control so that they bomb each other. What could one do in this case ? Nothing ?
