Last year, 13 million in royalty income repeat income, mostly from camcorders...started receiving royalties on digital camcorders so that royalty stream has visibility out 10-12 years. At a 10% earnings yield, that would be worth 130 million or $3 per share by itself.... I understand that at the annual meeting, Bramson indicated the next acquisition may be a web hosting company. If you can confirm, I have some interesting information about the MCIC NBC project begun 2 years ago. One of my contacts spoke with the director of MCI's Hypermedia project a few months ago and there was some interesting developments re moving video to and from affiliates and advertisers and clients. I am looking at a sequence of events here next 30 days. - close the Micronet deal -My guess is an introduction of the new product Bramson alluded to in his letter. If he wants to sell in September, got to bring it out for inspection now, in my opinion. -another acquisition. I think longtimers will agree that generally if Bramson is willing to talk about something, its just about a done deal.
