There is no appreciation to the asset until an economic orebody is proven or reasonably predictable.Until DD results are more predictable the value of the property is historical costs if untested targets remain.The Sheraton Lake property has approx. $4.0 mil in expenditures Divided by o/s shares Multiply by ??? to estimate value .How many companies trade at 10 times Market value?
