On or about August 5, 1996 RVSI filed a claim that GSCN improperly obtained proprietary information from RVSI for the purpose of aquiring View and thwarting attempts to be aquired by RVSI. RVSI's claim is that GSCN under the pretense of possibly aquiring RVSI saw their books etc then went behind their back, aquired View then broke off aquisition talks with RVSI.

Basically RVSI was going to aquire VIEW, put it on hold due to possibility of they themselves being bought out by GSCN. GSCN instead bought VIEW and walked away. How do you prove they were never really interested in RVSI and were just faking it? Good question. Thats why lawyers steal, oh sorry, EARN the big bucks. <ggg>
