these 2 deals with Digital and AMD are now out of the way or actually underway... These are the 2 publicly disclosed deals... IMG bought 5 million in convertible preferred for production startup... There is some question in my mind if this was seen as a "deal" or just an investment in convertible preferred... Either way if Kryotech goes public ...IMG makes out BIG TIME... An IPO with IMG's 10% investment would have them sitting pretty... The next issue is with production under way and hopefully soon these 2 products squared away... That would be my guess as the best time for IMG to push NEW PRODUCT based on their CRYOTIGER... Maybe they can target a different type of computer so as not to kill AMD and DIGITAL... because 30% faster versus IMG's solution of 100% faster is apples and oranges... They may be able to go for a larger type mainframe or something...Don't know ... Actually with their 1 member on board they would seem to have some leverage now.
