John, this is not meant personally for you, but is instead a GENERAL & CATEGORICAL STATEMENT MEANT FOR THE MASSES.

The prior ones have been unfair! I personally know for a fact that Joe has attempted, despite oppressive odds and circumstances, to make things go right for the company. For this, he was rewarded with virtually no compensation; his law practice suffered; he mentally suffered at not being able to do more to bring about a recovery; it affected his home life; I could go on and on. I personally asked him to stay on longer than he wanted and that he should have, in my desire to see better times restored. His sole intent then, as with his other endeavors, was/is to see business success occur for all. I and all
others close to the scene stand behind him as one!
As to your statement about his promising to send you the pack- I believe that all he could do was to request the 'investor relations'
(sic) department (ha!) send it to you- your bitch is with 'them'!
You can find heads to put on a pike, but not my friend & associate Joe Pittera. I will not again address this matter, except in a very peturbed matter, if forced to.
As far as causes, remember there were 2 regimes prior. As a hint, in the first regime, e.g., I invested, in part, based on representations of new and wonderful products (probably before your time); the company was led to believe certain things about these products that were later found to be erroneous. Certain very interesting things were later discovered regarding the character involved.
