Seems to me that the DOJ is intruding into normal business practices, when as in the case of the "integraph" suit, they should allow the marketplace and the courts decide (Intel lost the intergraph case).

Wonder if IBM (Gerstner -- who came from using political lobbying at RJR Nabisco) was a LARGE contributor to the Democratic campaign....

Seems like its more of a political decision for the DOJ to go after Intel.

Will Cisco be next? and then other companies who have 80% or more marketshare in their own niche?
