when it comes to future happenings, nothing is for certain. company management may say one thing and then run-up against unexpected delays. unfortuantely, the management of these companies do not take the timing of our trading into account. misleading is not a nice word to use with people that are sharing their DD with you. i hate to say it...but if you play stocks that closely...to the day...you should do your own DD and make your decisions based soley on your findings. which i guess we should all do anyway, if reasonable. dwlima
