Martin: Well we have cable modems up here and canada (I'm in Hamilton Ontario) and where they are deployed in the city the are ROCK solid. My friend has had a constant connection for over 2 months now.. Any problems with Cable are the faulty of shitty cable companies. Most of them are not used to carrying data. Ours has carried data for years.. their data.. BILLING information. you know that they want that to get through ;-) Steve
