FD, puts might be a better play. The FTC is expected to file a new anti-trust suit against Intel within the week. When the DOJ (the two depts divide the spoils..er um the cases) filed against MSFT it dropped it 5 points, even though it was well expected in advance.

I would get interested in INTC at 69. That's traditionally strong support.
