The July clearance sale allowed us to pick up Ascend Communciations and Cisco Systems is our second-largest holding. 3Com recently became a top 10 holding - a few weeks ago, it indicated that its gross margins are moving higher. >Morris: Cisco and 3Com remain core holdings, and we own a lot of others. The combination of client/server computing, remote access and Internet-based standards just suck up bandwidth. Five years ago, people used their PCs mostly for spreadsheets, word processing and occasionally databases. Now most people access stuff that doesn't reside on their own computers. There used to be an 80/20 rule, 80% of what you did with your PC involved information inside the enterprise, 20% outside. That's flipping, which is great for Ascend, Fore, Cisco, 3Com
