Since the job cuts improve their chances of remaining profitiable even if the slowdown worsens, everyone holding the stock should view them positively. Looking at the big picture though, they seem to be an admission by AMAT that the downturn is worse than they expected. That is never a good thing to hear.

Re: ASYT

I own ASYT and will be looking to add to my position. IMO this is one of the top picks in this sector and overall. Even assuming they lose some of their 85% market share, they have a very bright future. BTW, PRIA and CYMI both look very attractive at these prices. As for AGAI, I cannot render an opinion since this is not currently on my radar.
