'Bimbo' is Grupo Industrial Bimbo S.A. de C.V. (GIBSA-BVM) bimbo.com.mx - the Wonder Bread of M‚xico. Pan de Bimbo looks like Wonder Bread, but does not have the same texture or consistency and likely has a higher atomic weight. Tests have shown that when you are in school and you roll up a slice of Bimbo and compress it tightly in your hands into a hard little ball and then hurl it at your friend's head across the room, it does not deliver the satisfying weighty thunk that does Wonder Bread. Something about molecular position memory - it tends to resume its slice of bread configuration in flight. I think there is wheat in it.
