I saw on the Bloomberg wire that Peak had a 6,000,000 share offering going off this week...Looks like T.L. TI, the Chairman, must have been the selling shareholder. No one else had that much stock...I think there is only 12MM shares outstanding. Still can't read whether its a buying opportunity or time to bail.
