Less than 3 1/2% off the top. Looks sideways short term to me (last month or so), BWDIK. We make a considerably lower low off of this "rolling" top and I would say we are in a down market short term. Guess its a matter of degrees. To me unless we break a little below the 8750 level for the DOW were still biased up. I think the market looks weak according to the technicals folks have mentioned, but it ain't busted yet. I happen to think it will, but it hasn't. I guess we are on the same page maybe?
