I agree with his idea that any monopoly product that is essentially not the reason for the purchase of the product (just like people don't buy a PC to use windows or a toaster over to use the plug) that these products should be free and open to the world. Microsoft should be forced to give away windows and permitted to dominate (if possible) the applications business. Forced to give away? Permitted to dominate? I cannot believe I'm hearing these words spoken seriously in the United States of America. Shocking and appalling. Do you have any concept of what the destruction of property rights will ultimately mean to your own personal freedoms? The worms crawl out. Shudder....
