Wrong. YOU have confused the poll tax and a political literacy test from the start. They are not the same thing as you repeatedly asserted. That's why I was correct when I stated, "No, you were totally, absolutely wrong about the poll tax."

You immediately confused the issue with your global ignorance.

Btw, we all know that Clinton's actions against the advice of the State Department and the Justice Department were made for two reasons:

1) as quid pro quo for his New #1 campaign donor, Schwartz.

2) to derail the criminal investigation of Loral's illegal actions.
