The small problem is that 3521 and 5312 target are signal transduction, so the drug efficiency in slowing cancer grow or disease stabilization is not visible immediately. My bet are still on combination therapy. >> Isis is a talented group and they are great problem solvers.<< They will not rest until all major problem are solved.
