About Cisco, I don't think so. First, network equipment sales is divided up among many companies and Cisco, albeit the largest, has nowhere near 80% of sales. Second, even if they did, the three biggest, say, Cisco, 3COM and Bay Networks have their niche, or specialty markets and products, Cisco dominates the high end,or enterprise stuff. 3COM is enter NIC cards and related products, Bay is somewhat in between. You could make a case about Cisco's enterprise products dominance, but I don't think the FTC could see through all the companies and products to recognize this. Safety in numbers, I guess.
