Except that supposedly FAMH already brought in a 3rd party to come up with the AUDITED EPS for 1997 of .1085... so now we know that it was neither audited or final. I'm sorry friends... I was lied to in a company press release and was misled to believe that AUDITED financials existed for 1997. Apparently they didn't, and that simple fact is enough for the SEC to come a callin and shut this puppy down. The SEC exists to protect investors from things like this.... and it's not like that is the only release we can point to... I'm sending something off to the SEC this weekend and asking them to investigate. I am thoroughly angry at the cavalier attitude that management has taken towards MY SHARE of this company.
