But you choose to ignore the part which show's your error:
Last I looked we had three branches: The legislative, executive and judicial branch. So you are saying Clinton overruled the legislative and judicial branches? Or did you mean "Clinton overruled another part of the executive branch in his role as Chief Executive"??? Quite a bit different from "the rest of the government".
