That's a very informative post Kerry. It is a little surprising to see our very own Rebecca Jo Del Medico involved. I am sure she has her standards. The similarities with CSHK operation is something to behold as well. Look at the corporate structure. CSHK has apparently three wholly owned(?) subsidiaries with deals with a Zitec marketing and distribution company that we are told is an independent company, and two other companies that have or will have significant equity positions in the CSHK corpus itself. Now how many employees? Well I recall that there are only 5 consultants. Do you suppose those consultants are being paid with stock? Hmmmm. There's the matter of a common corporate counsel. Hmmmm. Maybe we should look to the corporate records of SKYS and its subs to see if there are any other similarities to CSHK. Hmmmm.
