007, The CST deal IMO will go through as EVI wants to get back all of the EVI shares that CST is holding, and CST wants the cash to expand its warehouse and logistics business.... heck even if the EVI/CST deal did not go through, CST still holds so many EVI shares that it would be a "proxy" for EVI stock itself....
