Hope you are successful at getting the story. Looks to me like there is a transfer of profitability from NOV to NCES and investors have recognized this. But NOV owns a major portion of NCES so I don't see why the change in relative value has been so dramatic. There have been rumors that the results so far this quarter are disappointing.
