It does appear that CYPB is not being monitored by any major retail houses and has not appeared in any newsletters that I know of. I have seen coverage from three private investment houses. There has been nice pre-earning ramp the last two quarters which I expect to continue. When the PMA gets on down the road, I expect one or more majors will initiated coverage ... that's be worth 10% or more. I was privately recommending that people might want to wait until a few weeks before the next earnings to culminate a round of accumulation ... however this recent announcement may mean that the price will ramp up more linearly toward Jul/Aug than it would have if the PMA used the full monty process ... on other words, we may not have to wait until Jul/Aug for all the news ... the news may trickle in ... I would say that anything under 3 is a smart buy, and I wouldn't be surprised to see something like 4 near the next earnings date.
