Brian and all, "Bear Hunt: Semi Stocks Outlook Goes from Bad to Worse"

"The only reason to own the cap equipment players now is because of
their attractive valuation levels."

O'Brien suggests that it might be a good time to start building positions in
some of the bigger names in the semi sector. AMAT and Novellus
Systems (NVLS:Nasdaq) are attractive because there is minimal
downside at this point, he says, adding that once this sector turns it is
going to turn aggressively with some of the bigger names leading.
O'Brien has short-term holds and long-term buys on both stocks. (His
firm didn't participate in any of AMAT or Novellus' public offerings.)
