to all,

I have been mostly a lurker on this thread since investing in cvia early this year. I did post a few times through others prior to joining SI.

I am new to the penny game, and know it is risky but, am willing to take the chance of loss or gain.

I also understand that shareholders do not run companies ; that is the responsibility of directors and officers. No company can survive, if it caters to the whims and vagaries of individual investors.

Good management with good products usually have good stock prices. It is the responsibility of individual stockholders to buy, hold or sell based on their personal valuation of the total company.

Having said this, I also know that no shareholder, regardless of price or size of a company can be victimized by fraud, manipulation, misrepresentation or malfeasance. It is against the law.

The penny scene is no stranger to manipulation and misrepresentation and is a magnet for every promoter, con man(or woman) and other generic financial slimeball. But, that is no reason to accept unscrupulous actions as inevitable and just part of the "game".

I am not up to speed on the details, but, minority shareholders have rights and if violated can find redress through legal actions and though difficult, can be successful. But, most shareholders just do not have the stomach or time or emotional willingness to take on a fight that is somehow unreal to them.

I have e-mailed the attorney in Oklahoma and am willing to participate in any legal action that may happen.

Neither I, nor anyone, know definitively that we have been victimized, BUT, based on the information available to date, it is reasonable to presume just that.

Perhaps, the next few days or weeks will bring good news for shareholders, the company and the stock, but, I think we are all naive to keep waiting and allow them to continue to stall. I find it interesting that the tone of this thread changes immediately after a news release regardless of how little substance it may contain. It is very human to want to believe, myself included.

A lawsuit will allow discovery of records, documents, memos, and any irregularity or illegal action by cvia or wotd.

Do I hope I am wrong? You bet I do. But, if it quacks like a duck, and walks like a duck, it probably is a duck.

If this stock hits, just hits $10 ( .033 presplit price) by September, I will buy everyone on this thread a beer, martini, tea or coffee. You will have to travel to Alaska though LOL :-))

btw, kaa, any update from the attorney in Oklahoma?

Gerry
