regardless, they're tied up for a year and the 2.5MM shares tonto posted about must be from the 30MM shares of TVSI common stock designated as "aquisition currency" to finance the aquisition purchases, meaning there is an aquistion purchase going down and 27.5MM shares left for future aquisitions.
