GaBard;

I had a chance to talk to Fisher for a half hour a few days ago, to put it mildly I was very impressed. I was picking at him to validate the strength of DF-144 and the claims they have made on this product in their news releases. He had stated that DF-144 was tested hundreds of times under different conditions and has always passed with flying colors thus the basis of their claims on octane levels ect..... This product did not come overnight he has been involved with it over two years testing it and protecting the product with patents. I also questioned him on the Exxon release and he seems to have a good relationship with the people of Exxon he talks candidly of the negotiations on how the test on DF-144 will be conducted so Arconenergy and Exxon can compare apples to apples instead of apples to oranges. You also must remember its not just a situation of Arconenergy giving DF-144 to Exxon, and Exxon simply taking the product for testing. This procedure is going through Attorneys on both sides thus their is a significant cost to Exxon to receiving DF-144 for testing not to mention the cost of running the tests in their facility. Enough communication between Exxon and Arconenergy has occurred in regards to DF-144. Exxons personal are no dummies enough interest has been sparked by what Arconenergy has supplied to spark Exxons interest and funds to receiving and testing DF-144. I mentioned to Fisher that my only concern was that DF-144 was for real and it held the standards that were claimed by Arconenergy. After my conversation with Mr. Fisher and other inquires I have no doubt that this is a real product with stunning potential. Believe me Exxon does not let just anyone tie their name in a news release unless some serious stuff was in the works.

Your right GaBard on the Warrants hitting them hard by momentum traders will most likely make them go ballistic since the deadline on the preferred will occur on the 29th for people interested in a long term investment. There is no question in my mind that this stock is being jacked with. With any kind of POSITIVE news concerning this product a rush to cover will occur and I feel the warrants will rise drastically thus moving the common up automatically once this occurs many will want to exercise the warrants thus eliminating the one tool the shorts have to depress this stock by using the warrants as a vehicle to cover and short the common. Below is a description of typical strategy of MM'S to cover their short positions the Bold Italic print is what has happened to MIDL day after day it is quite obvious what is occurring in regards to MIDL. Also this was taken off your thread and felt it was worth repeating.

Some ways MM's entice sellers; Run the stock up with a "tight spread" in a fast market, then "open" up the spread to slow down the buying interest. After it has "cooled off" for a little while lower the offer below the last trade right after a small piece trades on the offer then tighten the spread so that the sellers feel they can
take a "quick profit" by "hitting the bid" on the tight spread. Once the selling starts the MM's will walk it down quickly by only making small prints on the way down with the tight spread.

Another way is by running the stock up in the morning, averaging up their short then use the above technique to walk it down in the afternoon. Hopefully after doing this for several days, it will demoralize the buyers. The volume will dry up and the sellers will materialize thinking that the game is over. Contrary to popular opinion, MM usually Do Not Cover in Fast moving markets either Up or Down if they are short. They Short More. They usually try to cover after the frenzy is out of the market.

I have spent many hours researching this one and as far as I am concerned DF-144 is for real. Nothing more needs to be said. As far as the frenzy being out of buying stock in MIDL. That will not occur once DF-144 is proven END OF STORY.
