Something I hadn't noticed before about EQMDE: a reverse split last August. It was 6:1. That was when the stock had reached the low single digits, after a long hard slide. The stock ran up again in the month of the reverse split, and since then has mostly returned to sliding. A reverse split and delinquent filings are two signatures of a messed-up company.
