Lurker...per the press release, Cypro will become a publicly traded company which Eutro will bring public it appears. Cypro's price will not be determined by supply and demand. The underwriter who brings Cypro public will determine what the IPO should open at based on what they think the market will bear. Guess what? Eutro is in the investment banking business, so I think their $2 per share par value given to Cypro stock has been well thought out. Like I implied earlier...think before you post! Doug
