The demand for consultants in the Ottawa area is very high - hard to see who can't make money here.

Newsys seems to partner with a lot of sub-contractors which should tend to keep administrative costs lower. I had a look around Lady Ellen Place a few weekends ago - area and office building non-pretentious so good eye on overhead too.
