I did an Internic search on this so-called "edgar-online.com", guess what, it's registered to a PO Box in Maywood, New Jersey!!!! Which, as everyone knows, is home to literally millions of shady, scam companies. (Must be the great weather.)
Is this so-called "Edgar Online" incorporated? In which state? When? Has the software been tested by the hairdresser in Houston yet? Who are the principals in the company and how many shares do they own? What did these people do prior to Edgar? What are their salaries? Who are the principal shareholders? Do any securities firms hold positions, and if so, who? Where are the distributors for this product? Why has Rhonda Del Monte not issued a statement yet? Have they paid protection money to Bruce's friends yet? Do you or do you not own shares in this outfit? How many shares are out now? (total treasury, insiders and float...within ten million is fine). Did you see the recent South Park episode about "Chicken Pluckers"?
