Hey Fish, Beacon AKA Oracle Diagnostics is a private company located in San Francisco. The name was changed to Beacon in March of 1995. The owner as of 9/22/96 is listed at Jerome Mattingly. They have 19 employees and have been in business since 1992. There are several rapid hiv articles regarding Oracle. My source is American Bios of private companies available on Lexis. p
