MARG gonna move today. News -->

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 29, 1998--Track Data announced today it has an agreement with Market Guide to include Market Guide's financial information database in its myTrack service. myTrack, a free Internet-based personal investment tool from Track Data Corporation, was launched on May 14, 1998.

Streaming technology helps set myTrack apart from other online investment services. Instead of static Web pages that post delayed quote information (which users must refresh each time they want to see more recent information), myTrack delivers delayed, yet continually updated quotes. For no charge, users also receive breaking company news, a trade-by-trade log, charting for technical analysis and a proprietary library of intraday market statistics. For $19.98 per month plus exchange fees, users can subscribe to real-time quotes - a breakthrough compared to the $50 per month or more which is typically charged for similar services. A variety of optional databases and news services is also available.

Track Data's Chairman and CEO, Barry Hertz, said, ''This arrangement is one of many in our effort to add professional grade content and enhance myTrack's value to the investor.''

Homi M. Byramji, CEO and President of Market Guide noted, ''We're very pleased to be a key part of myTrack and to expand our relationship with Track Data. Our high quality fundamental financial database will add great value to myTrack by providing users with in-depth analysis on over 10,500 companies.''

myTrack includes a unique feature called Real-Time Implied Price(tm) - that provides free access to prices that are generally comparable to real-time quotes. Real-Time Implied Prices are derived from real-time option quotes for the underlying security. This lets individual investors save money on exchange fees which are levied for real-time quote access, and provides a significant edge for making quick financial decisions. For a more detailed explanation of Real-Time Implied Price(tm), see www.mytrack.com/implied.htm.

Another point of differentiation between myTrack and other online investment services is that myTrack remains active on the user's desktop, continuously tracking both delayed and real-time stock quotes, mutual funds, market indexes and options. For example, if a user wants real-time quotes only from Nasdaq, and free delayed quotes from the NYSE, he or she can easily customize the information viewed on the screen.

To access both free and paid services, users should register and download the myTrack software from www.mytrack.com.
