in historic terms amat is not cheap until around 23 or 2xsales.yes, i know this is different but hey this is the worst downturn amat will have seen and don't look for a bounce quick in strong demand for a long time. in my history this sector usually gets real ugly at the bottom and i think you will see amat over the summer get destroyed. the problem with the bulls on this screen they stare at the stock screen and that dictates that because some morons are buying amat everything is allright . the bottom line is dram prices are getting destroyed and asia is falling apart and pc demand imo will weaken more than people had anticipated. if i'm a buyer of amat their is no need to be aggressive i would doller cost average on amat all the way down.
