If you do number one, privatize everything, then there is little chance you will get any of your other goals met. By privatizing you will get a mish mash of schools teaching all sots of things. Many of the schools will be (horrors) religious, and I am sure some of them will just be scams. And you want "objective thinking" taught? I laugh. Lots of Southern schools are fighting hard to not teach evolution- the only thing keeping Christian gobbledegook from being taught as fact is the separation of church and state. If the schools were privatized that would be gone and then we could have really irrational teaching. You are so blind to the peripheral effects of the causes you espouse that it is riotously funny.
