You never know, what managed care will do. You do hope that in the long run they will do what is best for the patient and cost effective.
But that has not been the story, they Managed care did what is best for the short term.
Either way Lotemax biggest potential is medicare, and medicare does not cover drugs, unless one has medicare manage care or other insurance. Either way the price is competitive. and if it saves an extra visit to the eye doctor and cut the cost of treating complication it is worth it.
For this BOL has to show cost analysis to manage care and convince them that the product is very cost effective. IE show that if you figure in cost of treating complication Lotemax is a much better cost effective treatment.

That is an important part of marketing and here we have to relay on BOL for doing their job.

That is why I am waiting to see how BOl will advertise .
