Andrew, re: IDTI. I have a small position in IDTI and am considering adding to it as I believe they have the right product/price combination for a small but growing market in low end low cost processors. However rumors abound concerning their ability to ramp up production quickly enough if they get some large OEM orders. Do you have any views on their alleged production problems, specifically at their Oregon facility?

On a related issue it appears that domestic demand remains strong.

From an analysis of the Commerce Department's release of 1st Q GDP numbers yesterday:

Business investment expenditures continue to be led by computer equipment purchases. After
adjusting for the steep deflationary trend, the contribution of such purchases to real GDP growth
jumped 109%, on an annualized basis. All other components of equipment investment were positive
contributors to growth, but at substantially slower rates. Business investment in buildings fell in the
first quarter, as the focus continues to be on productivity-enhancing equipment.
