Terry, the dividend was NOT effective on 5/22, though. The company issued a correction. The effective date is today. It trades ex-dividend on Monday, when it should open about 1/2 today's closing price. If you think that ESVS holders will suddenly double their money, you should buy all the ESVS you can today. :)
