I thought I would wake up unannoyed, but I still am. So I think I am going to vote against the 1998 option plan. Let them set the option price at more than market value. Shareholders have taken a 16% ownership cut in the last three months and nearly 50% over the past year. I really don't see why the directors should get more money, even if it is not a lot, while shareholders are getting their % ownership diluted. If RNTK wants to attract and retain talented employees, let Yacobson and other directors give up their % ownership instead of us. I think we've helped out enough. Now it is time for RNTK mgmt to deliver.
