With regard to insiders selling, so what!!! When are you guys going to realize that executives these days get annual incentives (ie bonus) through cash, stock options, SARs, phantom stock, etc. Its normal for them to cash in. Check any company's proxy. You can find it at the EDGAR site under def14a. Maybe their kids college tuition bill came in. It's no big deal.
