Confused again? Bush and Reagan did NOT grant the waiver in question. Clinton, the current President of the U.S, granted the waiver in question. Bush and Reagan had nothing to do with it. They are not the current President.

If you don't believe me, check your history books. You will find that Reagan has not been president since January 1989 and Bush has not been president since January 1993.

Clinton is the president. Check your history books. Clinton granted the waiver being investigated. It was not granted by any other past president. Check your history books if you don't believe me.

But don't ask me to do your research for you.
