Freddie, I think I heard the Auditing firm guy say that they were either hired or asked today (yesterday in the conference call) to review the 1997 financial information. I believe he then said something like "Since we can't vouch for the numbers we have advised that the numbers not be published at this time". Then I think he said that a team from their firm would show up at Firamanda's offices on Monday morning to start the, I guess, new review/audit of the 1997 numbers. I take it that if the 1997 numbers don't show up on EDGAR today it is because the new Auditing guy advised against it...pure and simple. If that is the case, Arif is simply taking the guy's advice.
