Of course, Steve. My question was part rhetorical, part provocative, and you are right, now more than ever, they surely need to increase their arsenal of Internet-oriented offerings. But what are the incremental values of either of these two companies (BAY, ASND) to LU other than the accounts (which a case could be made around, itself, granted), from a technical offerings perspective?

LU already has expertise from Livingston, Yurie, Prominet <sp?> and others to fill some previously gaping holes, and they've demonstrated extreme prowess, IMHO, here in their core competency area by introducing new VoIP capabilities to their portfolio. What does a Bay or ASND or even a 3Com add to the pie that they don't have already, or couldn't grow at home, without some of the legacy implications and in some cases stigma, that these two or three cos carry around with them?
