Other than nagging aggravation and fuel for Rosario, I don't think to much of the securities lawsuits. Unfortunately this is common practice today and has been a good feeding ground for lawyers. I looked at the allegations and from what I saw they were completely wrong. I believe that the original stock drop was precipitated by inaccurate reporting confusing GMTC with MGAM, though a GMTC press release did not help clear the confusion. Anytime you have such a dramatic drop you will inevitably attract a lawsuit and it did. In my opinion there will not be any material impact, but as things develop this can be further evaluated.

I do not have any information about restrictions, but would suggest a call to the company. John Paulson is the CFO and could provide an answer (602-804-1101).
