If the upgrade comes, it probably more so for ANALyst to make this stock move - not because of any conviction. This is trading stock at the moment. Right, I meant to say reit (not upgrade; even this might be stretching it for ANALysts - unless they can make massive $$ for their clients) Also, lots of ANALysts already have a BUY recomendation (I think), mostly based on long-term potential and dirt-cheap price. (imo)
