well i can think of 7 million reasons: 05/21/98 04/21/98 % Chg avg daily volume 6,981,272 8,365,765 -16.5 5,133,986 keep in mind we had some good negativity flowing into bay until the rumor popped up again, so the odds are the short interest is higher now.
