It was my impression from the CC that they weren't completed. I could
be mistaken on that. There is other evidence that points to it though:

1) Atrix called off the deal because FAMH wouldn't give them financials.

2) Constant hints that the "final" numbers for EPS from the audited
financials might be higher than expected. How can final audited
numbers improve? We're still hearing that story.

3) If real audited financials did exist there would not be a reason
for the new firm to have to approve them. The previous firm would have
placed their reputation on the line by stamping them -- not the new firm. If this work was done there is no need to redo any of it.
