The if audited financials DO exists why hasn't the company given them to us?... A long time ago... or at least today? I don't see why a new firm would have to approve something a previous firm did since the new firm is only responsible for what they do... my understanding is that the work which the previous firms do are taken at face value. Otherwise is MSFT gets a new accountant is the new firm going to redo all of the previous financials? I don't think so. Unless the financials were incomplete of there was reason to believe they weren't accurate. If there really is a good reason for any of this I'd like to hear it. I am getting together my package for the SEC and would love to abort it if anyone can convince me to do so. Even if this company pulls out of this mess, there are still a bunch of people with legal grounds against the company. A friend of mine is down about 60% on his investment and he is pretty upset... even if I don't send it to the SEC you can bet my package will be going to his lawyer.
